What We Do

We hold space for YOU - the most authentic you. It’s about building a support system where advice, experiences, and strategies are exchanged openly. We focus on professional development that’s intertwined with spiritual nourishment and balance, ensuring that every session not only teaches but also touches.

Women are slept on in so many spaces, especially black women.... but not at the HR Kickback! I also hope you remember that the person you're supposed to be, won't require you to be someone different than your authentic self.

Our Mission

To carve out a transformative space for women in human resources—a place where wisdom flows freely, education breeds opportunity, and authentic experiences lead to career growth. At HR Kickback, we understand that despite the strides made in workplace diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), there remain gaps that traditional corporate structures can't always bridge.
